Kizo Art Consultants is proud to have assisted Glamour Aid in terms of the sourcing of artists to create artworks to generate awareness and revenue for charity.
Glamour Aid was founded by Brigitte Willers in 2006 in order to provide celebrities with a way to give back to their communities. These artists have painted the portraits of 14 celebrities who have agreed to participate in the project. Veronica Coetzer took photographs and created artworks of each of the celebrities in her unique photo montage style. These artworks will be exhibited at a high profile charity event to be hosted at the Bay Hotel on saturday 24th August 2013. The proceeds of this event will benefit MAD and the Chaeli Project.
The 12 Celebrities that were chosen for the calendar represent South-Africa's colorful characters, beautiful cultures and many talents. Leleti Khumalo, Edith Venter, Brigitte Willers, Zola, Gary Player, Thuli Sithole, Roland Schoeman, Michelle Botes, Watershed, Francois Pienaar, Victor Matfield, and Kurt Darren.
